The 3rd Annual Wheel to Heal is coming on Sunday, May 15th, and we have a special prize for a reader of theV3H.com.
Spring is finally upon us, and no better way to celebrate the warmer days than to get the bike out on the road. Wheel to Heal is a fundraising bike ride that benefits the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation. All funds raised go towards purchasing important medical equipment for our local hospital. The ride can be tackled over three different courses depending on your experience and fitness level: 10km, 40km, and 80km. Here’s our video of last year’s race…
Registration is only $35 with reduced rates for children. You can register as a team, as an individual, or as a family. There are lots of prizes to be won including bikes from Cannondale, Norco, and Trek. The start and finish line festivities include food and a show by world-class trails rider and Port Moody resident Ryan Leech.

I can’t manage to enter the contest this year, as my hubby does shiftwork and isn’t around for babycare: i am volunteering, though! Super excited to come out for Wheel to Heal!
