In a surprise move, Port Moody-Coquitlam MLA Iain Black is announcing his resignation from the BC government. He’s leaving to become President and CEO of the Vancouver Board of Trade. This hot on the heels of Barry Penner leaving to, as they often say, spend more time with his family.
Iain has represented the riding since 2005, taking over from now Premier Christy Clark. We wish Iain all the best in his new gig.
