Whoopi’s in town, Whoopi’s in town! Yes, THE Whoopi Goldberg will be in the Tri-Cities this weekend. And if you’re into stars, how about sitting under a sky full of them as you watch a free outdoor movie in Port Coquitlam? There’s also a free swim night and a Walk for ALS event in Coquitlam. In Port Moody, there is a Fish Fest and the Newport Village Summer Fest happening. An indoor/outdoor double feature movie event is being held at Port Moody’s Inlet Theatre, there’s a BBQ with MLA Joe Trasolini and to round out the events is the annual Minnekhada Art in the Park Festival this weekend.
